The eligibility requirements for the 4 Under 40 Award are as follows:
- Be under 40 years of age as of August 12, 2021
- Have consistently demonstrated a commitment to their industry, and the advancement of it
- Be a passionate leader with a proven track record for collaboration and success, including leading by example, mentoring, transferring knowledge, taking a risk to achieve a desired outcome and motivating others
- Must be an employee or owner of a Greater Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce member in good standing
