The Crossroads Summit is one of the largest young professionals' conferences in the region. This year's in-person conference will bring professionals from all industries together for a full day of inspiration, learning & building relationships. All are welcome to come as we challenge the way you think, provide you new skills and motivate you to imagine the impossible.

Nomination period for the 4 under 40 Awards is closed. Congratulations to the 72  qualified nominees.  Winners will be announced and all nominees will be recognized on Aug. 12 at the 2021 Crossroads Summit.

The eligibility requirements for the 4 Under 40 Award are as follows:

  • Be under 40 years of age as of August 12, 2021
  • Have consistently demonstrated a commitment to their industry, and the advancement of it
  • Be a passionate leader with a proven track record for collaboration and success, including leading by example, mentoring, transferring knowledge, taking a risk to achieve a desired outcome and motivating others
  • Must be an employee or owner of a Greater Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce member in good standing
